I never made any robOCs because it's slightly difficult for me to think of good designs.
Though I know I once made a secretary robot with magenta coloring, a CRT face, and three wheels to move around on. Had a head similar to the WA-7 droid but with a screen where the face should be.

It's like breathplay, but instead of cutting off oxygen, you block exhaust vents and see how much overheating the other robot can stand without powering down.

Let's see, my robot fantasy would be to have my robo waifu have Von Neumann machine capabilities in which she's be able to absorb mass from the environment and convert it into material to build herself up with. It was supposed to be based around the POV of the AI, and was to deal with the themes of motherhood and parenting in general.
An RPGmaker game like Yume Nikki, but probably more coherent, set in some sort of futuristic nursery of sorts.
