Have an old screenshot of mine. I mostly only did testing, and then before I could actually start playing I had to format my computer. Haven't had the heart in me to go back and remod skryim. Kinda want too though. Mostly for the lighting and the mature faces. But everything else I can get elsewhere for much less work really.

I could never get K17 to look even remotely good. It's been a while since I tried it out now so I don't remember exactly what I installed, but I remember following the instructions to the letter on /d/ or /hgg/ or wherever that pastebin was posted and ended up with garbage. Are you using a mod manager? What mod manager are you using?
I use Mod Manager. It allows me to have different mod configurations for different purposes. One for playing, one for mod development and one for screenshots. That way I don't have to try to integrate hundreds of potentially conflicting mods.
The basics for porn are a body mod, a texture mod and then FNIS to support animations for Pinup Poser and Sexlab. Beyond that clothing mods generally just add new things so conflicts are rare. I don't use Sexlab because I tried it years ago and found the animations too rough. It's probably improved since then.

Oh, I forgot, you also need ECE or Racemenu to create better faces. These characters were created with Racemenu which is generally considered the better of the two at present though ECE is also very good.
A simpler alternative to Mod Manager, is Nexus Mod Manager which I used for a while. It's not as powerful as Mod Manager, but it is generally good for 30-50 mods and has an easier learning curve though. The downside is that it supports only one configuration and if you do run into problems it offers little help where Mod Manager typically can.

Skyrim has things like bodyslide which make it possible to create a wider variety of body shapes. Those things came about some time after Skyrim came out and I don't think anyone took the time to back port that to FNV.
The body models for Skyrim are generally better than those for FNV anyway.

The general rule with all Bethesda titles is to wait at least two months before even bothering with them so modders have enough time to finish the game and make it playable. The exception of course is if you're a modder yourself, wanting to find out what's wrong with the game so you can fix it for the rest of us plebs.
Aside from nude mods, it'll probably take about that long for good adult mods to show up too.

It depends somewhat on how much of the stuff developed for Skyrim can be readily ported to F4. Hopefully we can start off from where we left off with Skyrim.
Big mods will have to wait for the release of a Creation Kit which took some months with Skyrim. Nude textures and models shouldn't require the Creation Kit so that will probably happen within weeks.

I use the Nexus Mod Manager with over 120 mods, and with different profiles for different purposes. Works solidly.
You do need to work with your boot order though, so that dependencies are loaded before the mods that depend on them.

Unfortunately no - I did some work very early on in Oblivion modding for establishing a workflow to get custom animations working in the engine (this was back when the community was still trying to figure out how to get things working) with a view to making an adult mod, but life got very busy and I couldn't find time to work on the mod itself.
It was always about the technical challenge for me, making something that hadn't been done before, that was "forbidden", but the adult modding community has gone from strength to strength and grown massively since then, so I don't feel the need to make content anymore... sex & erotic mods seem to be plentiful now, and I'm happy to sit back & enjoy the great work of others.

A mod that allows for NPCs to make generic & unscripted small talk with each other. I have like 8 followers in a home, and it feels so empty when none of them really interact with each other or with the various NPCs that came with the mod.
I guess it would also be nice to have a mod where marked NPCs could have sex with each other without a ton of tracking scripts going on in the background.

Really tempted to mod it and just disregard the story and most of the lore, just make it my own modding sandbox, will Nexus Manager suffice for that?
I'm using it for FO4 and I hate how it requires you to keep the original mod install as well as the virtual install so each mod you download takes up 2x the filesize because of that.
Already have 4GB of mods for Fallout 4 (counting the required archive files) so if I use it for Skyrim I might find myself with even less space.

I guess the convenience of NMM is worth the extra bloat it adds, moving mod files in and out of the game folders can get overwhelming once you go full mod stack and then there are the dependencies and shit like load order which I think NMM handles automatically, so I'll just stick to that I guess.

Use Mod Organizer. The learning curve is a little steeper than NMM, but it supports multiple install configurations and offers more support for resolving conflicts. If you plan of trying a lot of different mods and changing your configuration a lot it's the right choice.
