MC is a resident at St Hilda's Orphanage which is operated by the Eastern Orthodox Church. As a child, his parents and entire family were killed by Calvinist magehunters during a family reunion. Having to suffer the loss of his whole family, he vows to seek vengeance against their killers. To do this, he enrolls into the prestigious Palamite Academy, the top institution of the Eastern Orthodox Church for magecraft located in Greece, hoping to acquire the skills and powers needed to make them all pay.
MC is shown to be quiet and shy on the outset. He seems kind to his classmates but deep down he harbors vengeance.
The Dean who could sense the boy's remorse and anger one day calls him to his office. He introduces him to the notion of a Sacramentum where one can invoke the angels to make their wish come true or have the capabilities to do so and offers to help him enter into one.
A Sacramentum is a special ritual that mages can do in order to attain a wish or power through invoking deities or angels. God cannot be invoked due to his Transcendence. As a result of having power or the wish granted, the mage must abide by a condition or several conditions set by the deity or angel summoned.
MC accepts the principal's offer and the ritual was a success. The Archangel Gabriel was summoned and MC is given the capabilities to carry out his desired wish. However the condition forces him to be bound with Alexia, a pious and devout classmate of MC to his dismay. Only when he and Alexia become a couple would his capabilities be awakened.
The series then follows MC's attempts to get together with Alexia. He would be aided by the principal at some points such as being assigned in the same group as her whenever any group assignment comes up.

Your average everyday japanese male high school student accidentally gets accepted in the most prestigious magic highschool even though he has no knowledge or magical skill whatsoever.
He soon becomes the enemies with a blond boy from a prestigious family who believes people with inferior magic and blood should be second class citizens.
All the other praise or fear him as he becomes a celebrity because of his supposed "magic abilities".
One professor, the only one who actually knows and can teach useful magic, instantly develops a hate boner for him, especially when the headmaster gives him special privileges.

His magic ability is to automatically negate magic directed at him, disarm people, and make pretty glowing lights shaped to his imagination.
He almost does nothing the entire series except get hurt a lot, while his friends do most of the work.

As the series progresses, it is revealed that the principal is merely using MC's Sacramentum as a means to turn him into a vessel of power to be used by the Gnostic cabal he is a part of. MC's free assent to the Sacramentum and emotional alignment simply made this easier given that the Angel would have to accept it. MC is however oblivious to the principal's ulterior motives. Due to this, the angel Gabriel would make the condition more difficult to fulfill as time went on. With MC having to actually love Alexia instead of being bounded to her(which MC initially assumes to be friendship given how vague the term is), to being her fetish toy(it will be revealed that Alexia loves shy submissive boys), making her love him and eventually, marriage and sex.
The principal at the meantime would be pressured by other members of the Gnostic Cabal regarding the "Vessel".
After going through all that, MC being frustrated invokes the Archangel Gabriel once more in a Sacramentum ritual to rebuke him of his deceit. Gabriel reluctantly reveals that his act is merely providence against the intentions of the Gnostic Cabal should the Sacramentum be fulfilled. The principal is also mysteriously found dead in his office one day by staff, prompting fears of intrusion by other factions in the magical world or Anti Magic groups.

A country girl constantly witnesses the abandonment of pets in the wilderness by those who can't afford to keep them around. Unfortunately, domestic pets lack any survival skills and eventually die from cars or starvation. After seeing enough death, she decides to start helping these pets, building up a movement which steadily grows until it envelopes the nation. She makes it to the capital for a pet bill to be introduced.
Just before it's passed, the world enters a global depression which causes a strain on funding and an increase in demands from those without work. The limited funds of the government mean that MC's bill could be sidestepped for immediate entitlement funds, but she is convinced that both can pass together, knowing that funding can be acquired from the upper class who many perceive as hoarding the wealth which caused the economic downturn. Her publicity beforehand leads to her movement becoming integrated with the growing anti-government bloc and she inadvertently becomes the leader of a looming rebellion.She is warned by an earnest politician and good friend to quietly cease her efforts before things lose control. Stubborn until the end, the politician is forced to pull a hit on MC to finally get the entitlement bill through.

Who's the magical boy?
In Alternate Earth, Magic & Battle Academy have been erected to protect humanity. However, MC is not employed on one of those schools. Instead, he learn how to fight and do magic in unorthodox way : adapting, combining, and even crafting new magic from each academy. In fact, MC lives his life as a Hunter (which is seen as an obsolete job in this world).
Hailed from a hunting village on northern continent, MC usually partakes in hunting beasts, monster, or animals with the remaining elders in that village, as most of the residents already migrated to the main city or central continent.Until one day, a mysterious elder invites him to become the Craft Watcher, a mysterious and discreet organization whose purpose to observe and keep an eye on Magic Academies then report it back to the organization. In case of emergency or severe accident occur in those school, Craft Watchers will be dispatched into said school and neutralize the situation, without being recognized (meaning he has to go undercover, just think this as Secret Service for Magic).
Feeling bored and languid in the village, MC agree to join said organization and will be given the code name "Kothar" (Or Kotaro in Nihon, MC's real name will not be revealed for a long time). Now MC, along with the other Craft Watchers, will travel the entire world to visit Magic Academy then observe the situation in there. Easy, this is a story of a family in times of war, non futuristic, probably an alternative world similar to 1940 or so; the father, as almost all the men was called to serve in the army, the mother works in a metal industry and the two kids (pretty young at the begining of war, the older one joins the army later) stays with their grandmother; some sweet moments with the kids, but the real struggle came from the father, knowing nothing about his family, losing friends every day (kinda like good morning Vietnam, you know, funny stuff before the real) and questioning why he should fight,later we discover this country was the evil peopleand the mother dies in an enemy invasion; at the end the father loss his left leg and returns home, then he founds that his wife is dead and his son is still fighting, the final moments are he and his younger son just waiting and looking at the sky.sorry for my english and a few typos

The world in question is one where high-technology and high-fantasy live side by side. However, due to the last war, which scorched the skies and burned the earth, humanity has resorted to living underground, as well as on massive submarines. Most of the other fantasy races were totally wiped out in this war, and those who survive live among the humans as exiles, and are viewed as second-class citizens.
The main character lives aboard the largest of the human submarines, Geo Terra Alpha, where he has just completed the mandatory assignment test for all 14-year-olds. He has been shown to have a natural aptitude for magical ability, so he is sent to the Arcane Bureau to be trained as a battlemage. While there, he meets a young elven girl, around the same age as him physically, and the two of them become close friends after he stops a group of other students from bullying her.
As the pair go through their training, they begin to uncover various inconsistencies between the government's records of the war, and the surviving eyewitness testimony. They begin digging deeper into the conspiracy only to find that MC is in-fact a lab-grown human who was infused with innate magical power that is incredibly rare in most humans. They eventually discover the reasons behind this are in order to create an army, but that the lead-scientist scrapped the project and faked MC's death in order to give him a chance at a normal life.
The endgame of the story is that the long-standing records of the war are almost entirely falsified, and that the surface world has mostly returned to normal, with fantasy races living peacefully alongside humanity. The MC eventually leads a combined elven-human rebellion to take over the submarine and return to the surface, but the government's leader rigs the sub's magic engine to self-destruct, which would kill everyone aboard.
The MC is forced to expend the last of his magical energy to save the sub, dying in the process.
Dawn, an average girl, tries hanging out with Alyra, Nene and Katia, the hottest group of girls in the class. They're actually nice girls who like her and become good friends with her.
Weeks later, they have a sleepover at Alyra's house. While they all bathe and get ready for bed, there's some sexual tension as AN&K casually go naked in front of her and admire her body.

Its a show about magical girl teams in a world where magical girls are as common as Digi-destined in the first two series, which is to say, fucking everywhere all over the world.
The show itself would focus on a group of more traditional magical girls, and would have numerous teams showing up for large scale battles, basically think KND where its usually just the main team but other teams show up occasionally. No global command this time though, but maybe some large organizations. The mentor of the main characters is one of their grandma, who known to no one is a much earlier generation of magical girl who still wears her transformation emblem in her hair. When she transforms she becomes her young self again, and she looks like a 1920s adventure story with a short skirt, brown jacket and scarf, a beret, and long socks with shoes. Sort of like a pilot. Her special ability is drawing everyone nearby into a reality marble called Rule Britannia, which is just the British Navy of old in a vast oceanscape.
One of the side-teams if a group of operator as fuck magical girls who eschew most of the normal powers and love-lasers for grenades, machine guns, IEDs, and coordination. When not transformed they're basically the Fireside Girls, that is to say, Action girl scouts.
Also they call their leader "the Chief" and she constantly 'smokes' candy cigarettes.

Mc is a timid honor student whose guardian is a tiny mouse like creature. See, guardians are a reflection of their creators inner self and personality. This has led to countless ridicule from his peers throughout his life, but Mc hopes to change himself by attending the academy.
His best friend, a more confident, plucky guy with delusions of being a superhero comes along and tries to cheer him on, but tries to keep a hands off aproach because he worries Mc will never learn to take up for himself if he always protects him. His guardian is a wolf like spirit.
They meet a nice girl in their class who wants to try to harness magic for medicinal purposes. MC crushes on her hard, and wolf bro tries to set them up. Her guardian is a dolphin like spirit.
A bully, with a bull spirit, so witty, I know, starts pushing MC around and laughs at how puny his mouse spirit is. Mc laments his lack of ability, but girl reminds him that he had to have some ability to manifest a spirit to begin with.
MC decides to stand up to bully by challenging him to a spirit duel. Fighting is forbiden in the academy, but duels solely between spirits are permitted. Bully's spirit is really strong and even use some magic abilities so everyone thinks the mc's going to get stomped. MC uses his wits and small size of his spirit to his advantage, and makes a decent showing, but gets over powered when the bull spirit stuns his with a earthquake like attack and stomps on it. Bully keeps stomping on it even when he's been declared the winner, hurting MC.
Girl tells him to stop and gets slapped by him. MC see's this and gets angry, his spirit mouse gets pumped up and muscular and frees itself, before opening a can of whoop as on the bull spirit. Everone is speechless that MC actualy defeated the other's spirit and eventualy start cheering for him.

Goes on forever. Turns out headmaster is the prophesized evil, which the audience always knows but no one in the show ever find out.

MC is an average nerd who does nerd things with his nerd friends at a normal high school. He has an infatuation on a quiet but beautiful and smart girl in his class, but he doesn't dare approach her.
One day he gets into trouble with some yankees and he hides in a closet. After waiting for some time, he gets out, only to find out that he is now in an alternate world. The school layout, the students, the staff, everything is basically the same, except now the school looks somewhat Victorian, the uniforms are now fancy capes and whatnot, and everyone can use magic.
He stumbles into the alternate version of his classroom, and finds the alternate version of the girl alone. But she for some reason turns out to be a massive tsundere bitch who is the shittiest mage in her class. She doesn't recognize him and thinks of his as an intruder, so she goes apeshit using magic bolts on him (thankfully all missing him).
When she gets tired (or runs out of mana or whatever), however, the two suddenly get attacked by a runaway monster. They're both about to die when MC takes out his phone and finds out he can actually channel magic through it now, using apps he installed back in his own world. He defeats the monster, and the girl, impressed, asks him to be her coach.
The boy finds out he, and only he, can actually go back and forth between the two worlds. What's more, the girl in his own world mysteriously begins to get interested in him - he finds out what happens in one world can affect the other. The story then follows the MC as he alternates between the Magic-Academy-plot and Realistic-Romcom-plot, beginning to unlock hisphone'sfull magic potential while using his situation to better himself in his quest for love.Then his phone grows a female avatar who eventually wins the MCbowl.Believe me I didn't realize the connection with Keit-ai until I started writing it here; I've been thinking about this plot for MONTHS.
After a couple episodes of confusion and struggling, it is revealed to the main character that the magic actually isn't real. The entire magical academy was created by escalating misunderstandings and fraud, but after becoming the pride of the nation in trying times, appearances had to be kept up, by any means necessary.
But then MC actually develops magical abilities, and no one at the academy believes it. Not just at first, they never believe.

During the Gulf War, the United States Army's Chemical Corps and DARPA were testing biochem weaponry. The weapon, codenamed MARIA-IV(Mind Autonomy Response Inhibiting Agent-IV) alters the neurochemical balances within the brain such that the infected loses control over himself, turning into a slow zombie-like state. Unfortunately, terrorist groups managed to gain samples of MARIA-IV and modified them for more damage. MARIA-IV now becomes a virus that whilst destroying autonomous control, maximizes aggression and adrenaline production, causing anyone close enough to be savagely attacked by the infected.
During 9/11, Al Qaeda releases a mutant strain of this in New York Times Square before crashing planes on the Twin towers and Pentagon. The chaos caused by this attacked forced militaries worldwide to focus on bio-chem warfare. Through this, BETA(Biochemical Engagement Tactical Agency) with a focus against Biochemical terrorism.
MC being a former member of the United State's Army Chemical Corps is a BETA operative. The series follows him and his team as they attempt to stop the spread of the MARIA-IV mutant strain towards being distributed by terrorist cells and PMCs that might potentially modify and use them.

Eventually people wise up to his antics and stay out of getting punched in the face range so he decides to actually seriously study and develops his own unique school of magic "Fist Magic" which is centered around punching people in the face from a distance and is just a variety of different types of punches all powered by hot-bloodedness and sideburns.
Kid develops magical powers, gets sent to prestigious magical school off in the mountains expecting robes, trolls, potions, and brooms; instead arrives at a highly advanced institute where cramming and studying makes up the day to day lives of the students.
The entire plot revolves around trying not to fail because he sucks at studying.
