To be honest I was expecting Ichigo to die all along, so I had long since given up on ships. But for Yhwach to fucking steal his powers and leave him in a pile in the corner is just disgraceful. Even if he does recover the final battle cannot possibly live up to my expectations now.
It'd be best if Yhwach remade the universe and Ichigo somehow made it across, leaving the ending open for a potential sequel. But I still won't be happy. The final battle was supposed to be cataclysmic, instead Yhwach just went "lol you totally would've killed me if I didn't just half murder you", steal Ichigo's powers and leave to destroy the universe.

When AssClass was about to end they had already defeated the last boss and the last few chapters was about the final assassination followed by an epilogue chapter. Bleach has 5 chapters left and Yhwach is still not dead, he also needs to tie up various loose ends and storylines in that time and you're going to tell me that this shit wasn't canned?

They don't actually say whether a series has been canned or not its always the ceremoniously "is ending". Medaka Box "ended", Psyren "ended" Mx0 "ended" yoy just have to connect the dots to which lead to it with exceptions like Matsui who stated that AssClass was going to be a short series. In regards to Bleach it was always a vague pretense into how long the final arc would last and even the latest color spread has it censored.
