Yeah. The only time they don't show the OP is on the first episode of the season or when they have to adapt a whole lot of slow paced chapters in one episode like Let's Eat Out An Italian (they did 5 for stuff like Surface but they're much faster paced). Rohan is faster paced than LEOAI and it's 7 chapters meaning they'll do between 3 and 4 most likely. The scene where Koichi goes home and finds that he's lost 20kg happens around there and it's the only decent cut off point that's anywhere near halfway so it's likely to end there and be like 3.5 chapters in each episode, meaning there's plenty of time for the OP and even some filler.

To be honest that strikes me as more fitting - Giorno never really knew DIO and doesn't have the same grudges and history with him that the other Joestars did, and his powers center on asspulls. Jotaro didn't win because he had a hugely OP Requiem stand, he won because he used his head. And because of fate too, probably, there's a lot more fate binding Jotaro and DIO than there is binding Giorno and DIO, even if Giorno's probably the strongest JoJo.

It's pretty good. Part 8 is fairly different obviously, but also incredibly good. It may even turn out to be better than 7 with the way it's going. If you wanna dive in now then take it slow. It's way slower than 7 and being a mystery story, if you speed through you'll miss out on like half of the things that make it so good. Read like 3 or 4 chapters a day and make sure you take your time. It's only once a month we get a new chapter for it.
