Eto being on rc suppressant is not proven in canon and I think even if she wasn't, she would still lose. She has no fighting skills whatsoever and her power is just tanking and smashing. She will still lose no matter what, unless she gets proper training. We have seen Furuta in his fight with Kaneki, he is quick and unpredictable and that can extend to his usage of kagune. His moves are very efficient. Eto has survived so I hope she learns some new skills after this.
