It's likely either the original class-change/race-change item switching from just being an item to "use" to one that has text that needs to be "read and understood" in order to shift OR one of the formerly static book decorations in the Nazarick library coming to life with full pages of text relating to the subject at hand.
In most games, class-change/race-change books are just used like a potion, and only have a short description of what their contents are but you never read them. Now in the NW, they gained actual pages full of text.
Same goes for books that were just once decorative pieces. All those books in Nazarick became filled with text upon entering the NW. So if Pero had created a few books titled "The Slutty Loli" and "The Milkman and the Wife Next Door" just as in-guild gags, now they'd be entire stories instead of just a decorative joke.

Demiurge is into eugenics so he probably would support Rubedo (the strongest entity in Nazarick) to produce the strongest heir. He doesn't seem to like Shalltear and Albedo that much.
Cocytus would be anyone, but since he wants to train Ainz's heir to be a warrior, maybe he would support Albedo in the hopes that Ainz's heir inherit her warrior genes.
Mare would probably support Auraor himself.
Sebas would be fine with anyone but he probably would support the good natured ones like Pestonya and Yuri.
Pandora's Actor is a mystery.
