Ainz is unlikely to grant Dragon-related racial traits to NWorlders.
Maybe a Were-Lion or something; Jirc does have a harem, and at least one of them is competent enough to be a confidante and assistant, kind of like an alpha female.
Leinas might either be left as-is just with a healed face, or turned vampire as Shalltear's sexslave (replacing both Brain and Arche from the WN), or maybe an oni like Tio from MonMusu or the Minotaur girl from 12 Beast. After all, Leinas' nickname is related to smashing rocks, so physical strength is her forte.
Nimble could be turned into a werecat, or a wind-spirit humanoid, since speed is his forte.
