I agree about Armin but Erwin being alive is easier to accept. He didn't have any parting words and chapter 80 was named after the soldiers who died in the charge, not for him. He and Levi were just the ones to highlight their sacrifice since no one gives a shit for cannon fodder, but Isayama had to give it impact somehow. Armin on the other hand had more focus on his sacrifice scene, the enemy made sure to kill him, his gamble paid off, and he was roasted into barbecue.

Erwin's not as hurt as Armin. He'll bleed to death without help but there are no vital arteries in that area or organs, then the story forgot about him just like it forgot about Hanji every time she was injured. If Armin lives they will take one prisioner, if he dies they will kill both Reiner and Bertolt. It is primiordial for humanity what they are going to find in the basement so I deduce Grisha left some instructions, guidelines, analysis to find a cure. In the same way it exists something that can turn humans into titans, it is possible they can elaborate something that can turn titans into humans again, that's why Hange is still alive. If both Erwin and Armin dies eh I cannot see it happening, at least one of them is going to live because of the serum. If that happens, Hange will prove the "antidote" with him, that's the purpose of this new shifter.
Plus, if this happens Eren could decide to accompany Reiner or Bertolt (whoever lives) to the titan village. If we consider that there's literally no treatment resources available and that the victim fell from nearly 50-60 meters on top of being burnt to a crisp, Armin is either very dead or dying in a matter of minutes, very dead being the the more likely outcome.
Levi will never make it back to the wall in time and unless Eren somehow gets the idea that the basement is full of barrels of serum juice and transports his friend there immediatly, Titanmin is not happening either.
