He ruined Hisoka by making him look like a salty bitch for getting dominated and destroyed with ease by Chrollo, going after two components that made him so strong in that match, when it was established for literal decades that Hisoka only likes fighting people at their absolute strongest.
Finally, he ruined part of his credibility by playing the generic shounen trope of a making a staple character ostensibly die only to bring them back a short while later, rendering the whole affair pointless. He's honestly disappointed the hell out of me with this.

I'm not sure if this makes sense or not, internal cardiac massage is literally just squeezing a heart with your hands 60 times in a minute so it's not far out to imagine he could do that with nen. A little suspension of disbelief and you can imagine it would resuscitate a stopped heart. But why bother making his corpse physically do it for him? So readers know what a heart massage is?
