What if the next series really IS about a grown-up with a son or daughter that is forced to get back into the game after being an office worker since he graduated university? Honestly I think Ryo is pretty easy to put on Arc V. He'd be the classic lone wolf that deflected from Academia and just fucks shit up on its own OR you can go the other way around and put him as one of Academia's top dogs (although Edo fills that spot already).

The only reason Synchro and Xyz are superior to tribute summoning is because the result is instant, for tribute summoning you have to find the fucking card, for xyz or synchro just do the thing and pick from your extra deck there you go an OP monster without the MUST BE IN YOUR FUCKING HAND disadvantage like tributes
However tributes if they could exist in a seperate deck would be even more broken then xyzs or synchros because think about this for one second ANY TWO MONSTERS CAN GIVE YOU A PLETHORA OF SHIT, and any one monster can give you a PLETHORA of shit heck single tributes are superior to Synchro because you only lose one monster using it so imagine single tribute but the tributes are in another deck? Absurdly broken as if your opponent doesnt kill any of your monsters you can go tribute to something stronger on your next turn.
Synchros and Xyzs would be complete shit if you had to get their cards in you card along with that Tuner limiter, extra deck is truely the saving grace of these mechanics truely.

Double Tribute doesnt require some shitty spell card limiter wile ritual does. Ritual monsters are also shit outside of Demise and suicidal to use because they overcentralize decks.

What the fuck are you talking about? Outside of the ritual spell card cost rituals are superior to double tribute summoning or even synchro summoning because you dont even need both monsters to be on the field to initiate the effect.. Fusion is superior tribute summoning infact in the GX era Fusions were fucking broken as shit due to how ridiculously easy it became summoning them, the only limit in fusoins was if they were specific but if you have something like UFOroid fighter and combine it with a random Buster Blader in your deck you can wreck your opponent's shit royally. The true limit to fusion was similiar to rituals where they needed specific spellcards to work or you could just spam Future Fusion or Future Gate and call it a day anyway. Fusion is superior to both Ritual and double tribute summoning because Fusions are in the Extra deck so they dont take up any space at all.
