I remember in a previous thread we were talking about how the only people that saw Hyuse during the large scale invasion were Tamakoma, Border execs, some of the A-rankers, and a few C-rankers including the three idiots. It's a pretty similar group to the people that know Yuma's a neighbor. If they find some way to disguise his horns (likely through a trion body) I don't think anyone will notice. Although I'd love to see the three idiots call him out for being a neighbor and everyone just ignores them.

Are they? The only Spider-using A-rank squad we've seen is Kitora, which uses Spider more as aid of her movement than as traps.
From Izumi and Tokieda's commentary so far, Osamu's usage of Spider isn't really common. I mean, I have no doubt that they can handle it, what with their experience and all, but I don't think they're used to that kind of Spider.

Memes aside, I'm pretty sure most of the A-Ranks would be good enough to see through most of his tricks on danger sense and experience alone. There's bound of be tricks he can use on them but there's no way he could stall them for as long as he did last chapter on the likes of Kazama Squad or Arashiyama Squad.
But yeah, they probably don't have much experience with Osamu's brand of Spider usage. I could see Kazama Squad incorporating it into their tactics. They're all mobile and aggressive enough that they would probably be hell for Yuuma to fight once they get their bearings.

What I'm concerned is if Spider-using squads will be useful in fighting off invasion. That squad, most especially, needs some coordination as to not mess up the dynamics of the other teams. Their 'spider zones' will need to be clearly marked and this information needs to be distributed to each and every team, which just adds one more thing to remember for the Operators. If you have multiple Spider squads, not only do they have to coordinate well with each other, they have to be in constant communication all the while, as the actual 'Spider zones' built won't always be the same as planned.

Well, so far Osamu helped people while an illgar was bombing, giving Border some good PR when the irregular gates were opening. And showed up at a press conference to refuse to apologize for possibly being responsible for Aftokrator knowing C-rank trainees couldn't bail out, and triggered the reveal of the away missions. Here's the problem I have with the Rank Wars system. Instead of fomenting cooperation, it creates division. Nobody wants to share their tactics with others out of fear of getting demoted. This means that effective strategies and tactics aren't shared, so once the agents engage in real combat they won't be as good as they should be.
If everyone knew how how to use those wires for instance, it would be very useful against future invasions.

There are breaks between Rank Wars which is presumably the time when you can step down the competitiveness. But even then we have several examples of people teaching Osamu tips and tricks. And as for the Spider tactics, it is totally on the other teams to gather information and formulate strategies to beat other team's strategies. That and the ability to react to ploys is very much something that's going to be tested. They should totally be expected to do their own legwork than expect a commentator to reveal a big secret for them. And if they do get something, they should consider themselves lucky.
Cooperation is important but competition is also a vital aspect of improvement.

I don't doubt we will. We're still deeply in Earth "saga" now. When T2 got into the away team (or not and they go to Neighbour anyway) and we enter the "Neighbour Saga" we'll learn more about the countries and see that monster again.
