Why couldn't the whole show be about these two? They're the only remotely interesting characters and they got pushed out of the show after they almost died. Hell, we didn't even have any real confirmation that the sister was alive until the most recent episode except that nobody was incredibly bothered by her hypothetical death, although that doesn't say much since all of the agency members are psychopaths that don't care about their own unless the chief makes them.
