I still want to understand how someone not having enough will is enough to kill then if a stand manifests. Avdol explained that it is something that happens sometimes, but like, if the person is so weak willed that they'd get killed by their own stands, shouldn't it not manifest in the first place?
Araki never really explored that anymore after part 3, so much so even freaking Plankton can get a stand. Did he just decide it was a dumb rule?
