You need something to heat up water with and something to hold the tea leaves, like a tea infuser. You can, but don't have to, add sugar, honey or jam to any tea, depending on your taste.
If the tea tastes bitter, it's very likely because your water was too hot, you infused the leaves for too long, or you used broken or otherwise low quality leaves (tea leaves that come in tea bags are always broken so don't waste your time with tea bags).
Herbal teas (rooibos, mate, chamomile, etc) are not teas, so if you want to get into teas, don't start with those. It's not wrong to like them though.

That's why, as shonky as the LN canon is, I kind of like the idea of Erika holding a grudge because she sees both an idealistic leader/savior and abandoning traitor figure who hurt Maho in Miho. I don't think Miho necessarily HAD to transfer and quit, but made the choice to when she couldn't agree with the family principles.
Maho herself, as elaborated on in the first Little Army, is like a younger Shiho who has to put on a front despite how she actually feels inside. She was completely fine with Miho quitting the sport if she came to hate it, then came across her going back on her word. Even the bit about the disinheritance seemed to really only be provoked by her getting back into senshado using the Nishizumi name.

Zuikaku was 85 feet wide, and the C-5 Saunders landed on it has a wingspan of 222 feet. Even at half the width, Maginot's ship should still give them a deck width of about a quarter mile to use.

The Legion were regular soldiers, and wore a different uniform.
Also, "Legion Azul" were the few ones who remained in Germany after DA was withdrawn. Most of DA weren't actually volunteers but "voluntered" by their unit's CO (source: that's how my great-uncle winded up in Russia), and DA was integrated in the Wehrmacht; but the LA were all actual Nazi volunteers, and were integrated in the SS. Mistaking them is a sure-fire way to piss the fuck out of any surviving DA veteran.

Spanish WW2 history isn't great but is amusing as fuck. That school is based upon DA, reported by German sources to be one of their best units, much to their shocked surprise (because even Spanish sources talk about how undisciplined they were). And for the other side, Republican Spaniards fleeing from their war fought under French, British, Russian and Polish flags -with rather amusing results (Spanish forces under French flag were first to enter Paris and first to reach Eagle's Nest, causing two serious incidents for General Leclerc -one for Paris NOT being liberated by Frenchs, the other by him fearing Americans would be unhappy that "reds" had beaten them to the Nest, so he actually WITHDREW to let Americans be the first ones to take photos "drinking Hitler's wine". I guess he had enough with ONE career-ending diplomatic incident, so I don't blame him.
On the British side, veteran Republican officers were first used to train the Home Guard until the Brits decided they didn't want"former anarchists and communists" (even if many of them were actually moderate right wing!) training the units defending Her Gracious Majesty (can't offer details of that, but that's what Google is for; it's an amusing read)
The ones who WERE anarchists and communists fled to Russia, who put them (including several generals) training the armies in exile of Poland and other countries. Until they got tired of Stalin and were purged, of course.
