I hoestly doubt Ichigo is even capable of using any moves that are not based on Getsuga, since he never had an opportunity to develop them, and Getsuga itself is very basic move - he just launches reiatsu from his sword. Cero is same thing (that, belonging to hollows, does not require sword), and quincy powers are also about projectiles and accumulation of reiatsu. In my opinion, most he can pull off that is not some kind of Getsuga would be consious use of Blut

After you hit Menos Grande in power, you get smaller the stronger you get. Gillian are the biggest and weakest Menos Grande. They are typically brainless as well. Aaroniero, 9th Espada, was a Gillian before becoming an Arrancar
Adjuchas are smaller but stronger, smarter and more independent. Nnoitra, Grimmjow, Zommari, and Szayelaporro were all Adjuchas prior to becoming Arrancar. There are a lot less Adjuchas than there are Gillians
And Vasto Lordes, the smallest, strongest, and smartest of all Hollows are the most rare and roughly human sized. Starrk, Barragan, Harribel, and Ulquiorra were Vasto Lordes and were as strong as your average Captain even prior to Aizen giving them Shinigami powers.
Hell even White, Ichigo's Hollow, was the same size as Masaki Kurosaki.

He didn't know he was a Quincy and accept it until he reforged Zangetsu, he did not have enough time to even consider going to Ishida's for help. And Ishida's father just barely showed up somewhere i stead of the main palace.

And if you read the story you know how Ichigo got his powers back. And you'd see the difference between how to restore a quincy's power and Shinigami's power.
And that once he fought Quilge in HC he stayed in SS with a few days that were used to reforge, train, and heal. And then he went on to fight. The only time he talked to Isshin was to learn about his mom and his relationship to the Quincy.
And since using FGT made him lose his power what makes you think any other Shinigami would know of their own "final" attack and use it, giving up their powers? Ichigo as far as we know was the only Shinigami to ever have his powers reatored.
