I would assume that one's CHA stat (and even if as a dump stat, due to their levels make the Pleiades far, far higher than lower-leveled New Worlders who are CHA-builds themselves) makes a difference.
As well, we have to remember that the Nazarickeans are MADE not born. They are literally as all as smooth as a baby's ass it seems.
Even beautiful New Worlds have to live and suffer their medieval (and rather harsh) lifestyle, with stress and worry and malnutrition and disease and other bad shit. That leads to at least some level of beauty damage.
The Nazarick residents in comparison are essentially made perfect from the get go, no pore out of place (because their character models probably didn't have the resolution for pores).
Quite frankly I'm surprised any of the "beautiful" New World residents seen aren't terrified of some sort of uncanny valley effect of Nazarick's women due to them being TOO perfect.

That actually happened I believe. It was either when Yuri brought out the orange juice or when the workers ran into Lupus I think. Said concerns get pushed back since even though the uncanny valley is there the meidos are still obscenely hot.

Nope, pretty much all of Nazarick's NPC's are of heteromorphic races and common trait most heteromorphs share is "immortality", has in they don't age.

Well, it's not in the character stats as we see them in their pages, but it'd be hard to believe that it just wasn't there at all.
Bards are an indispensable part of contemporary fantasy adventure due to DnD and Pathfinder and the like. Add Asia's desire for more sexual classes like Dancers or such from RO for more buffs, I don't believe that CHA didn't so much exist as it just isn't mentioned.
If it's gone, then Ygg didn't have a stat for the above examples to work with and are missing yet more jobs for players to have.

Almost all of the named npcs are not immortal at all. Yuri, Shalltear, Demiurge, Alfredo, and maybe solution are about the only ones with an indeterminate lifespan. I'm sure I missed one or two but Ainz currently can outlast just about all of the npcs.

There are some tricks used to do that in D&D but they're usually exploits. For the most part when it comes to trying to exceed your natural lifespan you are totally fucked and since everyone kept information secret in ygg it's reasonable that Ainz never got to find it.

Old age defeats all. If you die of old age in D&D then most methods don't bring you back.
Restoring youth doesn't even stop the timer before you die of old. You can reboot yourself to a shota at age 99 and still die of old shortly after.

All of Nazerick NPCs had their appearance designed by one of the guildmembers that had really good drawing skills and became a big mangaka and then modeled by a really good 3D modeler also from the guild. Every aspect of them was carefully designed by autism-tier artists while the people in the NW have to get lucky with their looks.

Heteromorphic races tend to put 15-40 levels in racial traits which grant passives, and generally have some disadvantages for balancing, while humanoids have weaker base stats and no race traits but they can put those 15-40 levels into jobs and make up for it.

That is only for combat, not for looks. Somewhere early it's explained that everything had a default look but it could be customized, and AOG had some really good artists. Most players and their NPCs were probably not as good looking as AOG and Nazerick.

It was done because the lip syncing for non-humanoid races were too difficult anon, your average elf and human. It was basically an equality thing, where if guys like slimes and monsters can't get lip syncing, then no one does.
Also lip syncing usually only applies to pre-established characters. Even if you have games that do it with a customizable player character, that character can't usually radically change their facial structure otherwise it fucks things up cause even with the new paint technology MOCAP is still based on one guy -> one model.

Nope, it's actually not that hard and it's easier for non-humans than humans. I'm actually a dev in the VR space. Oculus even has a plugin just for lip syncing. Basically how it works is you just need to make 15 facial expressions for your model and the plugin uses your speech to determine how your face moves.

That's not how it works anon. It's acceptable for Oculus and current tech, but once people get higher standards they will expect every pixel to be animated with their actions.

If you are making a custom model you may have to customize what each viseme looks like. It's honestly going to be a lot easier than whatever else they're doing for your custom model's limb movement, or your custom clothing ans shit. The excuse that they didn't put it in to avoid people ERPGing the whole time is a lot more valid. Technical reasons aren't.
