CA without a question, especially in the anime. The love and care put into animating that arc just brought it to life in a way that really leaves it with no equal imo. That fucking soundtrack..."Kingdom of Predators" is god tier. And thematically it's just a very lofty narrative. It's really all about what it means to be human and Togashi really goes there with Meruem's development, the breakdown of the ant hierarchy, the tactics employed by humanity to defend themselves, etc. It's my favorite shonen arc, period.

Then he'll reveal something he actually did at the beginning of the fight. In 352, he uses Bungee Gum, but it doesn't actually show him attach it to anything. It's not Chrollo, because we see inside his head and he legitimately loses track of him immediately afterwards.
But then it'll turn out Chrollo saw it the whole time, and Hisoka's lost. We'll get some sort of vague ending implying Hisoka's death.
Later on in the manga, we'll see Chrollo and he'll use Bungee Gum. Due to the Sun and Moon backstory, we won't be able to infer whether Hisoka's actually alive or not.

My theory is Chrollo placed objects in the head that had the Sun and Moon on them. When Hisoka caught the head, he ordered a puppet to trigger the Sun and Moon tattoos on the head's original body, causing an explosion that'd allow the body to dematerialize. The head would then also dematerialize, leaving the objects once in the head - using the momentum of Hisoka pulling it back into his hand, which Chrollo seemed to have been waiting for - to crash into Hisoka's palm and each other, triggering an explosion.
It's pretty convoluted, but I'll be disappointed if a puppet actually sneaked up on Hisoka and Togashi didn't show it for drama, or Chrollo just didn't mention one of the facets of his abilities or something.
That said, there's still a lot of applications for Chrollo's abilities - just the ones he's explained - that he has yet to use, so we may all be overlooking something.

This fight has every move analyzed. Obviously it's going to be longer. It's also been built up for longer than half of the readers have been alive.
I'm guessing there's 3 more chapters. Next chapter, Hisoka will analyze what's happened, try to fight back, but still end up in a bad situation. Plus YN just had a better buildup to it: we establish from the very begining that Pika is out to get revenge on a bunch of assassins, we latter find that one of the characters who was in the first arc is connected to that group and knows when they'll meet, and in the meantime we get the Heaven's Arena arc where Gon and Killua train in order to be strong enough to face the Troupe. Then the whole arc also goes in an unexpected way.
CA is a fantastic arc, mind you, but it all felt too sudden and if it hadn't been for Netero it would have felt very much confined in it's own corner of a larger story. Even Green Island has better buildup than CA; the latter just came out of nowhere.
