Kenji might quite literally be the most unnecessary,undeveloped,underused character of all the time.

I absolutely agree with that, I would hardly consider buying a 4-door car, but it's like I can't really imagine giving a ride to more than 1 person, but if they actually need those doors for practical reasons there is no reason not to get them. Someone said that this release that I grabbed has a terrible encode, so I grabbed E-D's release. However, it mostly looks the same. I'm just going to presume that the early seasons look like shit on DVD.
This scene in particular stood out because it's a slow zoom-in, which makes the artifacts stand out greatly because it seems like the screen is shaking. Is this because they have to mix early CGI and the regular animation? I don't mind too much, just curious.
