1-Someone starts to drink poison standing up (it's in his mouth)
2-He already swallows it all
3-The poison takes effect and he rolls to the floor in pain
4-Dies
Now, lets say that KC activates in between 2 and 3 and skips to 4. Does this guy will appear dead? or he will be just fine and then 3 starts to happen, also, he will be on the floor or standing up? independently if he is dead or alive.
Now, it activates in between 1 and 2 and skips to 3. He will be poisoned or not, and why?.
Note aside, now change poison for Purple Haze and imagine how cool/bullshit would been Fugo/Diavolo

They all were, the original president died long before SBR and all the ones we see are either a new one D4C attached too with the old one's memories or ones the one with D4C pulled out for shits and giggles. The one with D4C is the president who has the original Valentine's memories and can bring others in, and when he dies D4C picks a new Valentine and gives them all the old one's memories and becomes their Stand.

I like to think it was foreshadowing for D4C, either that or Araki happened to make them coordinated, and doing so inspired D4C's abilities
I doubt they were for security though, seems more likely they were counselors, pull up Valentines from far away dimensions who have varying skills to provide while still being you, working for your cause and won't betray you, and as a bonus they'll be different looking enough to not stand out.

He sees 10 seconds into the future. This future cannot be avoided unless he uses KC. If he activates KC, he can delete up to 10 seconds of time. When he deletes time, he's in his own little world. In this world, everyone EXCEPT Diavolo has to do exactly what his prediction said they would, while Diavolo is free to do whatever he wants in this time period. When the delete is finished, time continues on as normal except to everyone but Diavolo they just went instantly from one point to another with no time occurring in between. If someone got poisoned in that time period they still would, they just wouldn't remember. So to everyone but Diavolo it's basically getting locked into doing something while Diavolo can do what he wants and not remembering it since it technically never happened, whereas for Diavolo he can predict any attack and avoid it while also setting up the perfect angle of attack himself, with the added bonus of no one else knowing what's going on.

I know its one of japans favorite parts and I know others really enjoy it too. I just found a lot of the characters unmemorable and I didnt enjoy the main villain at all.
I think possibly the translation made it less enjoyable, I have no idea. It will be interesting if it gets an anime to try to intake the story again. Maybe it will be better

The translations made the characters all feel samey, they're actually quite varied. They also made shit up when they didn't get something. The Part 5 translations are actually worse than Duwang, they just happened to make it grammatically correct.
