The Qs were a mistake. Urie has character regression constantly, he'll have a chapter where his inner thoughts break free and the following content entail him double speaking every word again. Sharkbro dying right as he finally started to get developed was a slap in the face considering that he was the ONLY one of the Qs aside from Urie to be developed. Mutsuki and Saiko have contributed nothing or had their own developments. Now we have new Qs who are still nobodies.
There are plenty of squads that need focus and it's clear he's rushing a lot of them in now. But if most of them are going to die, whats the point?

I know not everyone liked the Tsukiyama arc but at least it stayed focused and progressed at a steady rate. Now we have two completely different arcs taking place at the same time with almost every character introduced so far taking part and we have no idea how long it will take for each character's part to be resolved. It's hard to care about anything right now when it might get dropped and forgotten about for months before it gets picked up again.

Urie basically said that Mutsuki's smell changed and he was freaking out over it, before he ever got to the sheet. Most likely Mutsuki went psycho and her scent changed and she killed Torso and mutilated him like he did to her.
We already saw the flashback of Mutsuki being abused compared to what Torso did to her, and the first scenario ended with everyone but Mutsuki brutally murdered. This obviously was meant to play out the same way.
