First series yes. Second series not so much.
The new characters with reserialization were pretty boring overall. It was interesting up to like chapter 30 or so, then just got stale.
Freesia is pretty fantastic. About a bunch of people that act as surrogates for the victims to get revenge on people that committed crimes. There's also a large amount of crazy.

For me it was the opposite, first was good, second was ok until chapter 50 or so. When the storylines started to converge i felt it went back to being good again.

I think it's pretty solid overall, but like all of the series done by this mangaka the ending lacks a punch.

I don't really know what amount of viewers says popular over not. I think under 100k is unpopular overall.
For anime I'd say Kyousougiga and I guess Megazone 23. I'm not so sure on Megazone 23, but I definitely know that Kyousougiga is a hidden gem.
I don't read much manga, but I got into a series called Tetsugaku Letra that I really enjoyed. An unusually down-to-earth slice of life that's based around making friends and discovering purpose in life.
I like Oresama Teacher a lot. It's done by the same author as Nozaki-kun and has a similar sense of humor.

Because the plot was uninteresting at its best, grating at its worst, and none of the characters were worth caring about. M3 was ultimately just a subpar, forgettable show.
Argevollen was decent, but couldn't decide if it wanted to be a mecha show or a war story. The protagonist unit characters were pretty good aside from the commander, but everyone else ranged from worthless to illogical, and the political maneuvering was kind of dopey and hamfisted.

It's a nice read, combining slice of life, comedy, romance and suspense in a perfect balance.
