That's exactly the point. He doesn't even know how to minmax his skill set, meaning he must be much weaker than people his level should actually be. In other words, the fact that his power is already quite high compared NW's standard, his actually level should be higher than that since it has a shitload of useless classes added to it.

Clementine is technically in the Realm of Heroes. Gazef is apparently approaching it, but not quite in it. The difference is in training and gear, Clementine had access to the player-influenced training and gear of the Black Scripture, while Gazef only had himself and what he learned from his retired master.
If he took up Ainz's offer, he could very easily get leapfrogged into becoming capable of smearing Clementine into the dirt with all the gear that Ainz could have dumped on him. But you know, honor and loyalty to his deluded Kingdom and overly compassionate King.

I have a theory that it's not only Ainz that get's thrown into NW, but every character connected to the game when it was closed. But cause it's dimensional travel, time shits up, and they go to different space-time points.
This way, at some moment, Ainz will find traces of players from long ago, something like the special weapon of a popular player late in the game (obviously, it shows the name of the player when he inspects it with magic).
At some point, one of Ainz's friends will show up, and shit will happen. Either try to stop him, fall in madness or join him.

All the members had Nazarick as their spawn point.
I'd hate to see one of his guild mates show up. This story was created because the author was lonely after his gaming group disbanded. Ainz has to grow and learn how to accept new people in his life. Having somebody show up would ruin the theme and cause really shitty drama.

I do not think I have ever seen the dangling crotchplate in real life plate armor. That's not to say it didn't exist, but I'd imagine it's not optimal for a horserider.

Cocytus has the most phys damage while Sebas is the one who does the most dmg to people with armor since his monk skills go through shields and armor.
Basically Sebas beats Albedo but gets beaten by Cocytus.
