I hate how it betray the premise. It first make MC seem like villain protagonist who will use power to take over the world but then it backpedal by making him want to save the world instead. Also the author seem to go for harem/waifu pandering (red hair girl become his slave, the OP image girl try to push him down etc.) yet it has bland and unattractive girls compare to MN.

It's due to the show trying hard for lewd stuff, like the first episode rin lewd voice acting on the end and the crotch grab.
That and the fact sheis actually foretold to get pregnant with the MC kid, so that's maybe a bad foreshadowing of the foreshadowing for the animefags.
