No, this was definitely a one-or-the-other decision. I can handle multiple Sabers, but two of the SAME Saber in the same outfit is too much. I got Flare's Tamamo so their red minidress Saber would probably match better, but I find their take on the costume less appealing than Alphamax's. The eyes are also a bit too true to the illustration on Flare's; what worked for Caster doesn't look as good on Saber to me. It might be the bangs.

Usually any artist you'd want to request from is already popular enough and already has their hands full with their own projects.
If you want to commission you'll have to look for people on deviantart or tumblr.
You wouldn't be able to commission from a nip unless you spoke japanese anyway, and you'd probably need a jap bank account too.

I wanted to but that looks kinda off. Also wasn't terribly impressed by the finish on Caster. The paint was thick and unrefined for the hair and it set unevenly in between the strands.
I liked the concept art they were using. But the figure emphasizes the pose a lot less and the expression looks way off. The art had the body bent more seductively and a better face.
I already have the alphamax. While the proportions aren't quite the same as Caster's for a matching pair display- it will have to do.

If you really fucking luck out, maybe you can find one that speaks a bit of english. The first one that comes to mind is Moa but she mainly draws guys and might not be quite up to par for your tastes.
If you are specifically looking for a nip try asking around pixiv like another anon asked. You can ask in english and they will either ignore you or know a tid bit of english to reply.
Or if you happen to have a friend around that speaks moon ruins, try to have them translate a generic message "Hi blank its anon, I want to ask about comissioning you, blah blah blah" and send it around to different artists. Further interactions would require said translator
