No, this was definitely a one-or-the-other decision. I can handle multiple Sabers, but two of the SAME Saber in the same outfit is too much. I got Flare's Tamamo so their red minidress Saber would probably match better, but I find their take on the costume less appealing than Alphamax's. The eyes are also a bit too true to the illustration on Flare's; what worked for Caster doesn't look as good on Saber to me. It might be the bangs.

EMS is faster. If you don't have the money, or aren't impatient, then there's no difference. The money you save using SAL will pay for any mishaps you would have.

I see your point, and agree mostly (I never go EMS unless the extra cost makes it a no-brainer). But postal services vs private, big-name electronics manufacturers are a stretch to compare. I've gotten some pretty fucking smashed/waterlogged boxes, and they don't give a shit because they don't have a stake in it.
I also have no control over the shipping process, whereas I can maintain my expensive electronic hardware myself.
Again, not really disagreeing (SALing probably does save money long-term), I just don't think it's a simple comparison.
