Also here's my suggestion:
-Dragons can freeze time
-Only locally, but with training can freeze entire planets or systems
-theoretically, even the entire universe
-the organization in the space ship is trying to eliminate all of the dragons in order to prevent the possibility of the universe freezing permanently
Their logo is a sideways hourglass, which represents time being frozen since the sand is trickling down. The sword is breaking the glass to unfreeze time.

His dream alter ego is neet dragon, right?
So in resume, after white dragon died, the black schoolgirl dragon was born and she lives with revenge dragon.
But then revenge dragon dreams about fedora killing his daughter and he resolves to give up on his ego (With the help of the Trickster Skeleton (Later found out to be actually his brother)) to invoke another fedora, like a stand or similar.
Now we have Revenge Dragon and his stand (Fedora clone (Ex-Revenge Dragon Ego)) Against Fedora. Trickster Skeleton's brother appeared to talk about how he absorbed neetDragon and was the one who converted him into Fedora clone, but got back-stabbed by his brother (Trickster Skeleton) for mysterious reasons.
Meanwhile, a shady space organization has found the location of newborn schoolgirl Black Dragon.
