Well not really but here's the situation: translation is done, cleaning is not happening since the paper quality is fucking shite compared to v2/3 and I'm clearly not good enough for that, typesetting isn't happening because cleaning hasn't happened. I requested some help from someone for the cleaning but he's kind of busy and hasn't responded. I can't really give any timeframe, but I can tell you it's likely CGJK 9 and 9.5 will come before ch24 since they're both translated and it's all the TS has to do until cleaning gets done.

That is equally likely because they have deals with the company for everything that appears in the show and going to MV Augusta for something that appears in two scenes isn't worth it or they couldn't make a deal.
That's also why Twin Ring Motegi is in when it shouldn't be I guess, it's linked on the website too and besides being owned by Honda as the home of the Japanese motorcycle Grand Prix seems to have more bike focus than other Japanese tracks. (it's constantly used for Kamen Rider filming, by the way)
