Arima will kill Hinami, and then stab out both of Kaneki's eyes again.
Kaneki will have a flashback of Arima and his mother abusing him. As kaneki writhes on the floor.
Finally there will be a final flashback of Hide when Kaneki was eating him and telling him "fight with all you have"
Kaneki then stands up and antenna burst out of his eye sockets as his kakuja mask and armor forms around him.

In Ishida's "The Penisman" the character who resembles Arima has been genetically modified by the organization that's using her, this could be a hint. Also, Ishida mentioned on twitter that Arima's white hair is due to bad genetics.
