FMA:B for obvious reasons.

Not Bebop, ending was lackluster. Obvious how it would turn out anyway. Similar shit for Champloo which is basically the same show anyway.

Steins;Gate was decent ending. A little bit fairyrale-esque being a happy ending and all.
