I'd call it anime. There are plenty of CGI anime out there that get discussed on /a/ these days.

The big difference here is just production value and the stylization, and if stylization is what makes anime anime then all of those french and american cartoons that are obviously anime inspired would be fair game on /a/, which simply is not the case.
