If you're a fan of P4 and especially Rise I think she's worth it.
The figure looks great, captures her likeness perfectly.
If you like midriff as much as I do you won't be disappointed (although getting her at the same time as Nico makes hers look underwhelming in comparison, but nearly any midriff would).
I don't own any other Rise figures, but going off pictures on MFC this is definitely her best figure.
The only real issue is like I said, is the way she's angled, it looks bad next to other figures.

Sending money to China to build inferior crap just leads to high quality production losses in Japan. And little to no progress is made in China to replace that high quality loss. First off, that's not high quality, it's generic shit on tier with the lowest Japanese manufacturers. Griffon has released sculpts better than that for less price. If GSC released something like that this month people would shit on them so hard.
Secondly high quality isn't just relative to sculpt or paint quality. If they take over a significant percentage of the figure market and start making generic Chinese shit that only people in China care about then you see that the quality has gone down for everyone else. Japanese manufacturers won't want to enter the industry just to take a minority percentage of customers for low or no profit. The end result would just mean less figures for everyone non Chinese.
There's a myriad of ways high quality deteriorates, that was just one example.

If you can remove the ball joint from the arm instead of removing the hand from the joint, you can just use the replacement ball joint they supply, is it just one hand or both?
I find that its usually just one hand that's an issue at first, but then when I go to change the pose a month or so later, it comes out easily.
