A group of five violent delinquent high school boys wage war on each other tearing their school apart. They get in violent wall shattering fist fights with each other resulting in massive collateral damage to the school over time. The tipping point is when a high ranking government official visits the school to give a speech. The boys get in a massive brawl that ends with the official getting caught in the middle of a five way superman punch from the boys resulting in him falling into a coma. The boys are about to be thrown in prison, but the government realizes that prison would only harden them into even more dangerous criminals. In order to punish in rehabilitate them into productive members of society they are dressed like girls and enrolled in a finishing school. They have one year to become prim, proper and polite young debutantes or else they will be executed by a firing squad, or so their corrections officer tells them anyway.
