Anyone know where I can find this thing for relatively cheep? I guess there are some bootlegs out there that are Chinese, but I am looking for the official one for a relatively reasonable price. I am new to figure collecting so I don't know the best places to shop, and who is or isn't trustworthy. Help a lost anon out?

That "toy" is from a video game. There was/is a anime for it but the series is a lot more popular from it's video game series than it's anime/movie.
Going to /v/ would most likely help you the most but if you want to ask around in our buyfag thread on /a/ please do so and let this thread die.
