The last scene where we see shirou in that tarban/desert clothes what did it mean?? Does it mean shirou will turn out to be exactly like archer no matter what? Also when does heavens feel come out and you think it'll be explained in that movie?
As long as Shirou continues to be a hero, he'll meet the same basic ending.

We actually don't know that, considering that by the end of UBW Shirou's mentality was already different, even if he still planned on becoming a hero.
Hell, Fate Shirou ought to be the one closest to having a life closest to Archer, yet his future life seems to be considerably different.

The main difference is that UBW Shirou will choose to not make a contract with Alaya. So he won't become a Counter Guardian, so he won't be forced to mindlessly kill people all the time. He will die with his ideals intact, and with no regrets.

This, Fate and UBW's Shirou do it in different ways but they'll die and not be counter guardians HF Shirou will likely live a different life as Rin,Sakura's and Rider's dildo since once again, he died and was reborn a different person, just like the Fire of fuyuki killed the Shirou who had a mom, a dad, a normal life, possibly a sister. Shirou killed the hero lust part of himself for Sakura's sake at the very end of the route and was reborn as her lover. In fact, I'd be hard pressed to say the older looking Shirou,Rin and Sakura we see in Fate Grand Order are the implication of what Rin meant about the 3 competing in magic fighting tournaments to win money. Rider's a cheat but the three themselves would be broken compared to modern magi, especially Sakura and Shirou at that point. Especially Shirou and his new body that won't fuck up when he traces and projects shit now.
Through it could be HA Rin,Sakura and Shirou going by Sakura's attire and the thing on her arm, something only possible from HA
