Overall a pretty poor series if I'm being frank.
I don't feel we had enough "interaction" between characters and the races themselves often lacked flare.
There were certainly some good races but the vast were simply the same backgrounds and nothing really screamed parkour or took that much of an advantage of it.
Still, The threads were comfy and I did enjoy myself.

It's kind of funny how shafted Nana got for the sake of fujobait, even though episode 11 made a big deal out of the three of them making a promise when they were kids. And even in episode 11 she got the third wheel treatment at the end.
They should've just cut her out of the equation, it would've made it less awkward.

I definitely enjoyed this series. Despite it's flaws, I still looked forward to each episode. The team's goofy antics were fun, and I thought some of the races were pretty exciting, especially in episode 11. The OST is damn good.
More Stride content in the future would be great. It was a fun ride, Stridebros.

Yeah, going from staff Twitters a Saisei spinoff sounds like the next step, but what happens with the series will depend on how the anime and stage show do.
Back when the game was released the LE copies stuck around for a while, but now they're gone and regular editions rose back from bargain prices, so I think the anime did help it along after all

That was great, almost makes a lazy ass like me want to get up and run. I thought the ending was good, which isn't something I could say about most anime.
Far too many characters with issues for the length of the show, was too disjointed and the pacing was ridiculously fast especially at the start of the show.
Races themselves were pretty good and the music is great.
Last race having no tension was kinda weird and anti-climactic.

I expected this show to be shit just because it was an otome game adaptation, but it ended up being really fun. I guess removing the romance and focusing on the sport really did wonders.
The characters were endearing albeit a little cliche, but Saisei was a great rival team. The previous episode was one of the best this season, and this one had its moments as well, too bad the race itself was so short.
It was a nice little show with great OST. I hope we get an OVA or something.

That ending felt pretty rushed. Kind of disappointing, but then again it's still a VN adaptation so I probably should've seen it coming. In the end I enjoyed it, but there's definitely better sports series out there.

The final race should had been one where everyone's strengths are showcased in the fullest against the opposing team's strengths.
More attention should had been given to the Kakyoin team.
Instead we only got the last 2 sections and even then, there wasn't anything interesting about them, nothing was showcased.

I can understand how they presented the end of the race. They made a hard case of trying to switch the main protagonist to yagami, his struggles with Stride and acceptance of his brother. It was a solid end to that plot and the overall plot of trying to win. I do admit,though, they probably could have shown more struggle from Yagami in the final race, rather than than that rainbow road we got.

The final race was really just a way for Riku to reconcile with his brother. I like the emotional reconciliation they did at the end, and thought it was really well handled, but they definitly could have had some tension to the race itself. There was really no need to have Yagami's leg transform into a kaleidoscope rainbow instead just showing a hard and painful run to first. Also, Nana was extra useless during the final race, which kinda miffed me.
