The tournament is sadly filled with plot details, especially after the first round. Almost every episode has SOMETHING that isn't really explained much in subsequent episodes.
The good news is that the pacing is much less terrible-feeling when you're binging it as opposed to having to sit down, watch almost nothing happen, then wait until the next week where still almost nothing will happen but you'll watch it anyway.
The plot's pace is picking up, though. We've got Yuya going berserk, Jobelisks showing up in synchro, and shit's officially hitting the fan. The next few episodes also sound pretty promising.

By now, the movie should be at the very most in post production, which would mostly be cleaning up minor errors and a few CGI details, and that's assuming that they're REALLY pushing it down to the wire. Realistically they should've been done ages ago with the movie itself.
The only real budget the movie should be eating right now is marketing budget, which Arc-V itself doesn't really get. Most CMs talk about the packs and consider the show itself a secondary concern.
