Not really. The guilds exist for the purpose of training soldiers for the mercenary company. There aren't any crafting guilds.

When do they train when they usually hunt from morning to evening? If they train early then they'll be too weary to hunt, train late and they're already exhausted and don't get enough rest for the next day. They can't go back to the guilds to train either since a week of training costs 7 or 8 silver and they don't have that kind of money yet.
For now, their hunts pretty much are their training, since they get actual combat experience, use a lot of stamina to hunt and polish their meagre skills against actual living opponents.
