It's kinda weird how the day before yesterday there was a delinquent thread after this one died out really early and got pretty big and popular. I guess there's a lot of shitposting and people posting some wannabee delinquents but it's still fun, its like the KKOW dumps put people off or something.
Also, Gokusen's pretty good, the fights scenes are awful and the comedy is okay at best but the story is pretty good, great pace, great premise, great development and doesn't go stale, at least for now.

Yes, I had that same doubt but an Anon pointed out once that in the very first chapter they mention how the Otokojuku school is full of delinquents or mostly admits those types of students.
