While Aishiteruze Baby and Yotsuba! different totally genres, styles of humor, etc., Yuzuyu might be the closest we'll ever get to animated Yotsuba. They really did a good job making her seem like an actual 5 year old. The VA is ten too she actually sounds like a kid too.
