The drawfag now apologized to them when they never had to, they drew the two because they shared the same birth DAY, not because of birthday week. The one that should apologize is him. He could have said something less abrasive or entitled-sounding, such as "I love your delivery, is there any way my waifu can join the party? Her birthday is this day, if not it's ok."
There's also the chance other drawfags who were sitting on deliveries for him might not want to post them because either he's gonna think they are pity deliveries, or because no one wants the backlash. "He shitposted and now is getting a delivery, that's the circle for you".
