When they write a text, you extract the tags yourself. It's not that hard.
Sometimes you have to search further down the google results, make searches in Japanese, look around on pixiv, check Korean, other language websites or online stores.
Sometimes I write down how I found the source and add it to the post.
Teach a man how to fish etc.
But it doesn't work on 4chan, because people are lazy or are "on muh smartphone, so image search doesn't work, but I can post reaction images."
