Now if we are talking about only nice animation, as in good but not great, Pokemon regularly delivers, even if it's just 1 episode out of 3, which is already more than at least half of 1-2 cours shows.
Of course you have the below average episodes that always come with a long-running anime, but they are vastly shadowed by the good ones.
