An animation director went on twitter last year saying that their sales were underperforming for the first half and that chances of a Part 5 would depend on "fan support" (which was also our first confirmation that Part 4 was already planned). A different guy from David was also going on a huge tirade about fans not buying enough Blu-rays.

Honestly you don't have to buy them if you're tight on money or whatever, but people need to realize that if these sets (which are the main "product" that David is selling) aren't moving numbers, there will be NO MORE JoJo anime. It'll just end like every other obscure low-selling anime that never gets additional seasons.
We have to consider ourselves lucky that we even have an anime considering the current state of the anime industry where manga/LNs that don't have a projected profitability are never even given a chance at an adaptation. This shit isn't being made for free and gooks are even greedier than Jews in these situations.
For every unsold BD there's a higher risk of this whole show coming to a stop. The staff can't even be public about it for PR reasons, but they want to say it and they want to keep animating JoJo instead of all the moeshit that they would have been given. The director even said he felt honored to adapt his childhood favorite manga.

Kira could go after 「heaven」 in an attempt to truly live a quiet life, Valentine would pursue 「heaven」 to make 「America」 great, and Diavalo is of course a paranoid maniac who wanted to be super stronk, and going after 「heaven」 would ensure he has the power to overcome his past.
「heaven」 and 「requiem」 are two story elements that could be explored more deeply in a video game setting where they would not clutter the mainstream story.

Alright, I'll be straight about it, I just want to have an excuse for Kira to be the main villain of a huge Jojo video game where the whole Jojoverse are up against him. But the problem is Kira is too quiet of a villain, while Killer Queen is incredibly powerful, he wouldn't be at a tier of danger to put him in the main villain seat for a larger plot than a murder mystery. Ascending his Stand, however, might give him the boost he would need to be a bigger threat.

Joseph is the most cunning of the Joestars and cleverness is the key to surviving a slasher, and Johnny is the only Joestar with a consistent ranged weapon, despite his cripple status. Jotaro may have monstrous strength, speed and time stopping, but he also nearly died to a rat, so anything that can't be beaten by stopping time or punching stuff really hard and fast can get him. I think raw endurance is more of a factor than you give credit for. Aside from being comically large and muscular, Jonathan also has the Ripple and an absurd amount amount of raw talent with it. The man deliberately set himself on fire just so he could land a harder hit on Dio, and was perfectly fine. Short of a very precise hit to the neck or a massive gaping chest wound, which would kill all the other Joestars just as easily aside from Giorno, there's not a lot that could keep Jonathan down for more than a minute at his full potential.
