Mine would be Studio Rikka. The makers and brilliant producers of awesome movies and series that go unnoticed almost always by the most people.
I first approached this studio when I got to watching Time of Eve (eve no jikan). I loved the animations the character design and the storytelling as well.
They have this ability to make you fall in love with the stories they tell that you can't forget anything from them and there're times where you might even want to watch them again and this cannot be said of a lot of studios out there.
Even my waifu, Akiko, is from one of their works, the one that I mentioned to be precise. Another notable work would be Patema Inverted, if you're in for something on the cute side with a bit of romance sprinkled throughout then do watch it and check out time of Eve as well.

Why is Bones' cut off?
If we're talking all-time, then DEEN, Sunrise, or Madhouse. Shaft was my favorite back in their pre-Madoka and pre-Monogatari days.

The absurdly unappreciated Sunrise. What too old for some people? Not enough established in the last decade or so? Madhouse is pretty damn good too as are I.G, Ghibli, Bones, MAPPA and Polygon Pictures

Their business is still going strong, and no studio is even coming close to their sheer production vales and direction.
Maybe Trigger will start training their own animators, but I doubt any studio will come close to Kyoani's technical level for at least 10 years.
