At least Kajiura comes and goes nowadays, plus she's easily able to make other stuff (look at her earlier work), but it's always the same stuff that ends up getting made. Iwasaki usually works on two shows each year, one for each big season. Next year he's even doing two shows in the same season (Bungou and Stray Dogs and Qualidea Code). Honestly he's made alot of good music that people overlook, like his j-drama "Mare" OSTs which are good examples of this and it really shows off music you wouldn't normally expect from him.
