Yes, it is. Starts off good, but you eventually reach the point where the mangaka has plotpoints and an ending in mind, but has absolutely no clue how to implement them.

The anime cuts out multiple arcs and a bunch of foreshadowing for things that take place after the end of the anime, so if you want to read the manga, you're best starting over.
OP here, I didn't even watch the anime because i thought it was just going to be terrible, the anime is currently on issue 162 if i'm not wrong, just waiting for more to come out now

You mean the manga, right? The anime doesn't go past chapter 100.
Either way, pretty sure that's wrong. That's only as far as the scanlators have gotten.

I watched the anime first
Anime was okay for the first few episodes
Since it looked interesting I started to read the manga. It is way better
