Well someone apparently watched that video because Kagami was asked about the anime and manga. As from where I found that. It's someone from tumblr. They seem pretty confident its true because they have a friend who knows Japanese and watched the video or something.I am not really fond of going and asking them on a link from tumblr, so unless someone else wants to do it or search around niconico.
According to them Kagami said that the manga will move to the Seraph arc while the anime will have a clear end.

I keep reading in the manga and while I knew it before, doesn't Guren push Shinoa about Yuu a little bit too much? He just keeps asking her if she fell for Yuu but he never mentions anything to him. Last three Guren novels shipped. Mahiru confirmed a couple of things about vampire's blood drinking:
1. Blood tastes different depending of age, gender: children's blood is milder. Vampires choose their favorite taste. This is for the type of transfusion blood they get.
2. When a vampire desires someone, they translate that feeling as "I want to suck their blood" (biting them, etc), because it's their only way they can express their feelings. That's why Mahiru wanted to drink Guren's blood above any blood.

Yes, it is a short of Children's version of Mika's first adult uniform. It has a high/Chinese styled collar with two horizontal gold stripes. It has a gold zip down the front. The sleeves are rolled up and sit midway on his upper arm with a button. I haven't secided if I liked a gold trip on the outer edge or not. The back is pulled back with a corset backing (I drew this in one of the pictures above) to make the shirt hold a specific shape. The ribbon is gold. There are shoulder ... i dont know what they are, but it's a strip of fabric that extends from the sleeve seam and folds over near the meck witha buttom. that's lined with gold.He has an emblem/brooch at the base of his neck. Same brooch Mika wears on his first uniform.
He wears pressed white shorts that come up just at/above his knees. I wanted the shorts to fold up, but I forgot when I drew them. He wears boots that go mid-shin.

Anon, read the thread. We got confirmation from the JUMP Seraph event with Kagami that the anime will have a clear ending meaning original ending while the manga will move on to the Seraph arc.
And even if we didn't get original ending and chapter 41 was animated, the chapters now are too plot moving and it would have end in a cliffhanger. For a S3 we wait 2-3 years and I highly doubt we will get one.

Same happens to me, I have an idea for a small 4koma-like comic since last year but can't put myself to work on it.
Have you tought about making the characters sd style? that would make them easier and faster to draw.
The assets idea seems like the best approach to me. You can make all the basic shapes, all the basic poses, and some expresions, and then just combine them. I know a guy that made a 3D model of his character, then posed it and used it as reference.
You can make background assets too. if you go for simpler chibi like characters you can make really simple and non detailed backgrounds. That would help a lot.

You don't really need to know a lot Nip to be able to play mobile games (though it helps knowing at least Kana). They have all the same basics, if you've played one of them you've played them all.
