That won't happen. By the time Ui got to Haise Eto already had time to shield herself with her kagune and land safely, then go looking for food. Remember this is Eto we're talking about. Chances are she'll make a miniature kagune monster, find herself something to eat and fuck off back home to Aogiri to recover.
