The eyes need shadow under the eyelashes. The darker color for her eyes should be on the top and the lighter color on the bottom. You can also use some red/pink on round areas with white at the peak to make them look more appealing and use white to highlight the brightest parts like the side closest to the light

It's hard to criticise something when you went for a really simple style. Though it looks like you didn't finish shading since most of the image is untouched. The direction of the light is a bit confused in places too. I'd get rid of the color you used on her breast/neck and replace it with the same one you did the butt with. Don't worry about using the color of bouncing light until you want to color more realistically.
Most of my criticism would be for the actual lineart not the color, but I wont rip into it here.

Hello everyone! Today is my 3rd anniversary with Yuuko!
To celebrate this, I have multiple requests that I would be very happy to see any one of them fulfilled.
My first request which I would like the most would be Yuuko with the most beautiful smile in the world and maybe some tears in her eyes holding out her hand as another pair of hands (mine of course) is putting a ring on her finger.
