Kaneki has been, and is still on RC suppressants which slow a ghoul's healing down to the same level as a human since RE started and he still heals faster then any other ghoul. I'm not sure. but didn't this get repeated in something like chapter 53 of re? This is from the final chapter of TG, it's a wonder people didn't bring this up as evidence for Kaneki's eventual return and Haise being Kaneki. Kaneki on the other hand is edgy as fuck and wants to die with style because he thinks it's cool. Fucker doesn't even realize that with that attitude he's going to hurt others. It was obvious that he'd get his memories back at some point. And it was also obvious that he'd revert back to his old self by remembering all that shit he went through. Haise was just an illusion, a mere facade covering the real thing and I hope he never comes back. Kaneki needs to get off his way of thinking by himself or together with the help of his loved ones.
